Head - Inside Sales - Internet/Online (12-16 yrs)
Hiring for a leading EdTech Company based in western suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a large inside sales team of 200+ employees
- Conduct periodic reviews to achieve revenue targets
- Recommend continual improvements that outline the changes needed to transform the organization into a sales driven environment.
- Build team from scratch and thereby delivering m-o-m growth by implementing right strategies.
- Lead and define the Inside Sales process with SMART KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth
- Discover individuals with exceptional skills, train, and bring them on board in the team
- Effectively create and articulate ROI in various negotiations
- Lead variety of training sessions on a monthly basis, this could range from small group to large group presentations and development sessions
- Assist in building a high-performing sales process & ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals
- Ensure effective prospecting, up/cross selling, pipeline development
- Develop strategies for the allocation of resources for the achievement of given quota
- Ensure the consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organization
- Responsibility for the profitability of the business
Mandatory Skills:
- Must have 12+ Years of Digital / Tele sales experience in the B2C domain
- A strong ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and improve performance via analytics
- Must have Sales strategy and pipeline management experience
- Should have worked in an environment with continuous marketing review and collaborations
- Preferred Domain exposure: EdTech/FinTech and Insurance.
- The candidate must have successfully handled large sales value of above 400 crores, with proven work experience as a Sales Leader
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- The candidate must have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage relationships
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
- 8+ years in a sales/CRM environment a big plus
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong business acumen and work ethics
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ) and powerpoint
