Job Description :

- Manage all technical department design, Industrialization. Projects and Quality for the consumer Lighting and Modular switches functions for Indian Market

- Ensure all projects (New development, Improvement & lifecycle) delivered from the deptt. Comply with required standards, regulations and processes.

- Work with Upstream marketing for the product specification & development based on consumer Insight

- Initial product and project cost estimates for the Business case preparation and approval of the new development projects.

- Lead the team of the design managers, engineering & project managers along with engineers for cost effective and manufacturable design in the electromechanical/ Mechatronics product lines involving complex geometries and different materials/functions including the management of Thermal and Optical requirement

- Manage the Life cycle management of the existing products and ECN control

- Injection Moulds and press Tools development for the new product, Include assy. Fixtures, parts qualification and tools/mould qualification. Complete industrialization till the commercial release of the Products

- Development quality management and release of the products after the validating the necessary standards.

- People and competence Management.

- Budget Management & Control
