Key Responsibilities :

- Actively identify key areas for innovative transformation, develop plans according to varying timelines, and manage these processes by aligning innovation goals with the company's broader business objectives.

- He will be responsible for developing the company's strategy for using technological resources.

- Meeting with stakeholders at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth.

- Instrumental in creating roadmap and executing it for cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, Cloud & Mobility, Embedded, Connected Vehicles Technologies, Data Science and aligning the Technology Vision with the Business Strategy.

- Capability of building unique solutions using edge technologies in confluence with IoT-AI, Vision AI and Robotics by interfacing with the Business Experts to build new competencies. Capability of building across IoT areas - Sensor to Cloud, Platform, Edge Computing, Devices.

- Incubation of new ideas & Managing innovation process.

- Leading a team of young, dynamic & ambitious innovative technologists to enhance the potential of the business.

- Creating and overseeing a comprehensive long-term innovation strategy for the company.

- Brainstorms with the creative team to discover new solutions and approaches

Requirement :

- Strong technology leader with strong 18+ years technical background and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Excellent communication skills, Leadership and organizational abilities.

- Delivering innovative products with state-of-the-art technology.

- Experience in defining strategy and creating an implementation roadmap.

- Flexibility of working in a high-pressure environment.

- Change management skills with experience of dealing with C suite in a project environment.

- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders at global level.
