Role Objective :

- Lead the Innovation roadmap for the RTD business.

- The role would be leading the innovation agenda & evaluation opportunities which would be targeting new customer segment to grow and deliver business expansion plan.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the innovation function for RTD :

a. Innovate and Incubate new ideas to add to top line/bottom-line of the company for Category over the short, mid and long term

b. Identify horizon 2 and 3 projects which are category expansion projects with potential to add significantly to company in the long term

c. Apply innovation to other core marketing areas like packaging, format and selling platforms

d. Create a mix with proven success through test market route to be handed over to the marketing team for all ideas

e. Monitor all projects in pilot mode to ensure that they reach scale quickly to move to respective brand / category managers

Responsible for :

a. Driving development and testing of innovation projects that can increase penetration or premiumization or sales

Desired Experience Level & Qualification :

- Ability to excel in an individual contributor role

- Relevant experience in the beverage category

- MBA with 15+ yrs of relevant experience
