Head - Infrastructure Practice

Responsible for Infrastructure P&L with a Revenue / Margin Target

- Head the Infrastructure practice for MFX

- Practice development

- Responsible to build offerings part of the Service Line, build business pipeline, working closely with the Sales Team in lead conversion to business wins for the practice

- Responsible for managing all operating parameters like utilization, pricing etc, for the practice

- Build strong second level and a larger team for the practice and manage the team

- Be the single point of contact for delivery with customers in North America and across the globe

- Have end to end ownership of customer programs and projects

- Will also be responsible to Quality, Output of Service Delivery and Customer SAT

Experience and knowledge -

- Proven experience in an operation role driving an international organization (overall 16 to 20 years of exp )

- Previous contribution and leadership in a successful large-scale technology transformation managing a practice

- Customer facing experience - Should have worked in US for some time as client engagement management or Infra Project management.

- Firm understanding of IT infrastructure and the core function and process to operate and run including DC management, wide technology exposure in Infra technologies.

- Updated in terms of new age technologies and concepts, like-Cloud, Information Technology Security etc.

- Understanding and experience of the various functions within operations and development

- Good understanding of financial services industry and products including financial markets Insurance will be even better.

- ITIL process and agile development methodology

- Experience of balancing risk with business requirements

- Good in communication and team management

- Drive pro-active action and thinking

Education

- Technical and/or business degree or equivalent with computer science/IT experience/knowledge.
