Head - Infrastructure & Network - BFS (10-15 yrs)
- To support IT operations and maintain zero downtime through efficient processes and SLAs.
- To be the custodian of the company's intellectual property, information, data, infrastructure, network systems, hardware/software systems by implementing a sound security and access control framework.
- To set policies and procedures that act as guidelines for continuous automation of efficiency gaps.
- 3 years + in managing Cloud and Infrastructure projects at least three areas of the following (VDI, virtualization, Private and Public Cloud, Exchange and Sharepoint Migration, Identity Management, Remote Infrastructure Management)
- Exposure to IT helpdesk management
- Exposure to maintain production systems and optimizing/tuning Infrastructure
- To liaise with Functional Heads to understand technology needs and identify and deliver solutions to meet their needs.
- Project Delivery Management to meet time, cost, quality target, multiple project management
- Project Management process and resource management, Customer facing
- Partnership and Competency building, CoE building experience
