Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree in Computer Engineering

Desired Skills and Competencies :

- 8 - 10 years experience in Java -J2EE Development

- Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE (JAAS, JMX, JMS, JSP & Servlets) technologies.

- Hands on experience on Spring / Multi - Threading

- Good to have experience on SSL configuration, report generation framework cloud technologies like Hadoop, Hbase, Pig, Caching framework.( NOT MANDATORY)

- Experience working with Load Balancer (either software or hardware).

- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.

- Effectively able to lead a team, coordinate and communicate with the cross functional teams or within the Organization

- Establish and maintain an effective organizational structure that serves the many needs of the business.

- He / She is tenacious, ambitious and a self-starter who can roll up sleeves, get things done, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- Enjoys diving deep into data, have outstanding analytical skills, excellent communication strategies level reviews.
