Head - Information Technology - SCM

- Experience in independently handling IT department for logistics, SCM, the Manufacturing company having pan India presence.

- IT Budget planning, controlling & internal IT project management.

- Define and implementation of IT policies, IT strategy, and procedure in line with the company's goal and standards.

- Proven track record for change, manage and successful re-implementation of existing processes and modules.

- Procurement & Compliance Governance to adhere to Software License management along with hardware & infrastructure management, network management & security compliance.

- Vendor management for negotiation, contracting, support for Hardware, software, and application development.

- Knowledge in SAP Business One / HANA Implementation- Functional, Technical

- Significant Experience in successfully managing complex business systems projects involving significant business change / and including management of at least three full-lifecycle SAP ERP projects (involving Sales/ Warehouse / Finance / Purchasing) in the Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry

- Optional- Experience on other SAP / ERP Implementations like Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Infor SunSytems, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc

- Lead, Monitor Manage, and Ensure the successful delivery of projects to plan and within budget, while ensuring that the deliverables meet the underlying business case, project plans ensuring appropriate feedback, buy-in from all functional groups, assess project issues, facilitate mitigation plan to ensure project success, managing third-party vendors, Database Auto Backup Setup Using SBO Server Tool, Use Cases, Test scenarios and test cases of the application.

- Present status updates and report on potential issues and mitigation plans to the strategic group.

- Able to act as business change manager as well as project manager

- Work closely with SAP architects, technical teams, functional analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget, and with high-quality deliverables.

- Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored, and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success.

- The exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans, and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment.

- Act as technical escalation gate for Junior staff.

- Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis using approved tools, systems, and procedures.

- Resolving/fulfilling incidents/service requests that are in scope.

- Manage Escalations - escalating incidents from Internal and External Teams.

- Monitoring and arranging external technical and non-technical support where hands and eyes support is required on-site.

- Appropriate policy management on the server and ensuring the end-to-end implementation of it.

- Experience in managing firewall, managing end to end all activities of it.

- Continuous improvement in network stability and providing innovative solutions.

- Lead and monitor on design, development, implementation, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet an end-to-end requirement, robotics solution using multiple technology tools available, standard design principles and conventions, solution design document and accordingly create a process automation solution, Configuring programs, scripts, and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable & easy to understand, standard engineering practices, documentation upon project completion.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

- B. Tech / B.E. in Computers, M. Tech, MCA / MBA

- Experience in Leading and handling all over the IT department.

- Knowledge of SAP B1 is a must

- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems, .NET and C#, SOPHOS firewall, Security Policies.
