Job Description

- Reporting to the CFO of the organisation and dotted line to APAC IT Head, the ideal candidate would be responsible for partnering with the India business and deliver world class business and digital solutions.

- Lead in digital strategy development and execution with strong external and industry acumen and network.

- Development, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a high performance, engaging and cohesive team environment.

- Strong contribution to the India Leadership Team and APAC IT LT.

- Manage vendor and service provider relationships, costs, licensing and related activities.

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum 15 years of overall work experience with more than 5 years of leadership experience and proven track record of running high performing environments in multiple technical or business domains.

- More than 3 years projects and delivery experience.

- Ability to partner, engage, and influence senior leadership and partners.

- Preferably from Pharmaceutical/Health care background
