Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing/FMCG/FMCD

1. Understanding the business functionalities/area and the business requirements and mapping them to deliver the required SAP solution & system.

2. SAP implementation of SD, MM & FICO module, Developed new centralized IT Infrastructure & support system for all locations.

3. Consulting senior-level stakeholders across the organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology.

4. Strong experience in business process, implement in as is to be project and preparation of business blueprint, map the business blueprint into SAP process and product configuration to suit the business needs as documented in the blueprint.

5. Supervise systems and IT staff, develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information system, Security, Communication systems).

6. Documenting MIS (Management Information System) report and implementing new IT policy to foster the security of data, data backup, software upgrade.

7. Providing solution design, allotting & analyzing developmental work, delivering deliverables, and submitting project quality metrics to the management.

8. Preparing, reviewing & validating functional specification and handover to Technical Team for development.

9. Supervising smooth implementation of the application and extending post go-live & application maintenance support to the client, internal cross-functional teams & higher management.
