Our client is a Cement Manufacturer from Telangana with Plants. Client is looking for Head of IT.

We are looking for someone preferably with someone who has worked in a Cement industry or similar. The Position reports to the Managing Director.

- Expertise in data centre management and data governance

Essential Skills : Deep knowledge of working with Oracle ERP (EBS) & Reporting

- Tools that work with Oracle ERP, Information Security and other

Must : Must have headed an IT department of a manufacturing company

- System controls

Job Scope / Position Summary:

- To develop and establish systems and processes related to IT Function.

- To support Top Management & business function heads to Assess, Develop, Implement & Optimize Oracle EBS and other applications used by the organisation.

- To supervise the implementation and maintenance of the Companys Information Technology needs including IT Architecture Structuring, Resourcing, Implementing & monitoring of the IT systems of the organisation.

- Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the Companys computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines

- To audit IT systems and organize control structures that preserve information security.

Responsibilities:

- Managing Information Technology Systems - IT assets, information security and control.

- Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations, security of data, network access and backup systems.

- Resourcing & Managing IT staff, training and coaching all employees on IT systems

- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures related to IT infrastructure and usage in the organisation.

- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational efficiency.

- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time and ensure cost effectiveness

Qualification and Experience Requirement:

Education : Graduate Engineer in Computer Science or similar degree

Experience :

- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience in a manufacturing company preferably a cement or similar .

- Proven working experience in interacting with users across various business functions.

- Expertise in technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
