We are contacting you for an opening for the position of Head Information Technology Based at Mumbai with a leading MNC Client.

Job Responsibilities :

The main purpose of this job is to: 

- Drive all the SAP applications and device business IT strategy in consultation with Group CIO.

- Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure within the business across all geographies.

- Partner with business for all machine and process related automation.

- Work closely with the group IT to design, Implements and sustains long term IT strategy and plans for the business in alignment with the overall mission and strategic direction. Accountability Result Indicators:

- IT Budget

- Compliance to the licences requirement for various applications

- IT & SAP Projects implementation

- IT Support to Business Units

Key Accountability :

- Establishes and directs the IT Strategy, policies and procedures related to business in alignment with the Group IT Initiatives and Actions.

- Lead all the SAP applications and ensure the business benefits are driven.

- Propose hardware/software solutions to accomplish the company's business objectives, as well as supporting a detailed definition of data requirements and departmental workflows/ processes.

- Determines the organization's long-term IT systems needs and any hardware acquisitions needed to accomplish the organization's business objectives.

- Evaluation and selection of new IT projects in alignment with business needs in the field of industrial automation, data analysis and use of virtual / artificial intelligence.

- Annual/ periodic Budgeting and review of all IT initiatives.

- Roll out & Drive the Change management process for the IT Initiatives and systems, both Group led and business specific, and Identify user needs & provide user

- Lead post Implementation support for the IT initiatives and Maintain IT infrastructure across Business locations.

- Drive sharing of best practices in IT & Horizontal deployment of Ideas and initiatives across locations.

Experience:

- Min. 20 yrs of experience out of which 10 years of functional experience and 10 years of SAP+IT experience. (Min. two end to end SAP implementation)

- Experience in SAP ECC is must.

- Experience desired in SAP BIBO, SAP BPC, SAP C4C, SAP Ariba.

- Operational knowledge of BIBP, BPC, C4C and Ariba is a must.

- Excellent knowledge of SAP applications, IT systems and infrastructure
