Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing (12-20 yrs)
Position : IT Head Min Qualification Req. : B.E/B.Tech
Location : Indore PG : MCA/M.C.M./M.Tech.
Reporting to : ED preferred: SAP Certification
Reportees : -7-10
Relevant Exp. : 12-15 Years
CTC : 18-21(Negotiable)
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, organizing and execution of all the IT functions across the work locations.
1. To Manage the deployment, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading of organizational IT systems, which includes operating systems, servers, PCs, printers, software apps, peripherals, CCTV etc.
2. Improve response/Quality to end user by effective use of available resources
3. IT policy's creation and execution and monitor various IT Policies
4. Management of Support Teams (Internal & External) and user escalations
5. Functional support for PP, MM and SD to end users
6. Responsible for Network configuration / management, client setup, connectivity,Network infrastructure planning, designing and installation
7. IT assets and inventory Management
8. Planning and Execution of various IT projects
9. Experienced with the SAP, database monitoring, optimization and health management
Skills required for the position
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. IT security & Audit compliances
3. Must have SAP working Experience
4. The candidate should from manufacturing Industry.
