Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing (12-18 yrs)
Position: Head IT (MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Understand the growth enablers of the Company's business and conversion of those into appropriate IT Strategy in order to achieve business objectives
- Drive Multiple Automation Projects at the Company, after a proper Gap Analysis and Benchmarking with best practices across the Industry
- Will be responsible for managing all IT Verticals of the company like IT Applications (ERP and other applications), Infrastructure and Security
- Will be responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure for Corporate Office and Manufacturing Plant
- Good experience in Database management
- Drive automation of the Manufacturing Plant including connected Machines by leveraging technologies like Industry 4.0, MES, IOT, Cloud and Mobility
Requirements:
- 12-18 yrs of IT experience in Manufacturing Companies, preferably from the Capital Goods sector
- Should be very hands on
- Exposure to all IT verticals for manufacturing companies including IT Applications (ERP etc.), IT Infrastructure, Security, Industry 4.0 etc.
- Good exposure to SAP
- Good at understanding and prioritisation of automation projects to maximise cost effectiveness
- Good communication skills
- Good exposure in IT Project Management
Location: Mumbai. Should be willing to move to Pune in future
