- Manage IT Infra Team at Corporate Office / plants

- Manage and Monitor LAN & WAN Network of Corporate Office / plants

- Data center Management and Monitoring.

- Configuration & Management of Firewall and APT Appliance.

- Prevention & Mitigation of security threats.

- Experience of IT Policies and ISO

- Configuration & Management of Email Security Gateway / Server.

- Should have good hands-on experience on open-source technologies.

- Manage and Monitor EPBX.

- IT Security Audit and fixing & Mitigation of Findings.

- Technical evaluation & New IT Infra & Security Products Implementation.

- Knowledge of Domain Management.

- License Management & Compliance

- Hardware Inventory Management.

- IT Hardware vendor Management.

- Experience of Docker and Cloud Infrastructure.

- Proven experience in implementation and operation of all technology infrastructures which include

- data center, network and server services

- IP Telephony

- Service monitoring

- user support/helpdesk

- workstation management

- servers, storage, and other related software etc.

- Proven experience of computer Network design and implementation

- Proven experience on maintaining multi-site enterprise ERP environment, including application hosting, voice and data networks, security, and information protection

- Proven experience of leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network, VLAN setup for network security requirement,

- Working of SAP and Microsoft stacks

- Working knowledge of storage area networks (SAN) and related technologies, Cisco based network communications technology, High availability and disaster recovery architecture, communication and related technologies

- Exposure to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts and adoption

- Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners

- Project management capabilities, ability to cooperate and coordinate effectively with others (consultants and key users) for new projects development and follow up

Skills:

- Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems

- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good working knowledge of higher-end ERP, like SAP, QAD, FOCUS

- Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is preferred

- Team oriented

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field (Post-graduate degree a plus)

- Minimum 12 years- experience working in IT operations

- Minimum 5 years- experience overseeing IT teams and projects

- Certifications and continuing education preferred
