Head - Information Technology - Forex Business (10-18 yrs)
- Build, modernize and support various pre & post-trading applications for FX business across, pricing, structuring, electronic executions, STP, trade lifecycle, Confirmations, settlements and Accounting
- Influences and delivers the technology roadmap, Legacy modernization, Cloud transformation efforts. Manage, design and review the existing architecture for overall efficiency that meets the technology roadmap
- The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth functioning of the Transformation function, strategizing and leading all process improvement initiatives and ensuring that all functional deliverables to internal and external customers are met.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects on a global scale with a focus on process reengineering and process efficiency is a must.
- Experience of working as a team member in finance/business transformation projects across the phases from assessment, design through to implementation and benefits realization.
- Responsible for overall budgeting and Finance management
- Leads and prepares for Operational and steering committees
- Proactive approach towards Risk, resiliency, security
- The incumbent will handle a team of 10 - 15 members with team responsibilities to Mentors team members, create high performing team, Upskilling, performance management.
- Work closely with the other business stakeholders.
- Drive ideation and innovation programs and platforms in conjunction with Product organization.
