Description:
- Manage India AXCC governance, engagement, delivery and team
- Deliver against India IT strategy and plans
- Actively participate and contribute to Global IT development
- Local IT activities bridging into India IT governance
Profile :
- 10+ years IT experience leading IT teams for a diverse set of functions in a complex business environment AX
- AX Project and support experience
- Good understanding of AX D365 functionality and technical setup
- Strong understanding of integrating AX with related systems
- Working knowledge of platform and technologies supporting core AX application (e.g. CITRIX, RDP)
- Vendor negotiation & management, commercial acumen (dealing with Microsoft and AX 3rd party partners)
- Influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
- Leadership abilities, effective matrix management and team building
- High order interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Delegates effectively whilst maintaining control and accountability
- Credible with strong verbal and written communication skills; Problem-solving and decision-making skills to influence management
