Job Summary:
- The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for leading the IT department in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- This role involves overseeing the implementation of technology initiatives, ensuring cybersecurity, and driving digitalization of processes across functions.
- The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial targets, enhance infrastructure readiness, and execute digital projects efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT strategies in alignment with overall company's strategy and growth plans.
- Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to ensure zero cyber incidents and uninterrupted business operations.
- Ensuring smooth operations and continuous enhancement of SFA and Distributor Management system with adequate controls and improvement on adoption rates.
- Lead the readiness of the new plant's infrastructure and systems.
- Drive the execution of digital projects aimed at enhancing productivity, improving turnaround time, and driving data driven decision making across functions.
- Provide guidance and interventions for ongoing and upcoming IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies/tools to enhance the company's technological capabilities.
- Manage the IT budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost-efficient implementation of projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department, encouraging knowledge sharing, skill development, and best practices adoption.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Batchlor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in IT management roles out of which 5 years must be at Leadership role preferably in the FMCG/manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading IT initiatives, driving digital transformation, and delivering results aligned with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
