CANDIDATE CAN BE CURRENTLY HEAD IT OR THEN A NO. 2 OR ALSO, HEAD OF BIZ APPLICATIONS. BROAD GUIDELINES ON ROLE - 1. Overall responsible for devising and updating IT strategy and roadmap for the organization. 2. Responsible for building the technology intelligence within the system. 3. To prepare and execute IT budget for Retail and Hospitality / F&amp;B verticals and ensure the budget guidelines are followed and expenditure is within IT budget 4. Develops, implements, and drives Digital roadmap in cost-effective and time bound manner with focus on customer excellence and internal process efficiency. 5. Initiate, lead and/or support IT requirements of the assigned business functions and their delivery in accordance with project goals, time scales and costs. 6. ERP, CRM, B2B integrations across platforms/technologies for the various lines of business including. 7. Responsible for all technology and business application projects of the organisation from conceptual development to final delivery of solutions involving third party vendors. 8. Network Infrastructure &amp; Storage Management, Disaster Recovery Management across the portfolio. 10. Responsible and accountable for post implementation support to all the internal stakeholders. Coordinates with business users and key individuals in vendor organisations for receiving efficient support services. 11. Develop frameworks and tools for project/service delivery models wherever required. 12. Leading the IT ERP and Infra planning for upcoming projects in India. 13. To ensure the entire network connectivity uptime for Business process to have a smooth functioning. CANDIDATE MUST HAVES - B. Tech / BCA with Master's Degree in Technology with over 12 years of experience in IT application customization &amp; implementation, program management &amp; infrastructure. - Prior or current experience in working with Retail / Consumer / Hospitality / QSR setups. - Experience in defining the product, process flow and converting business requirements into technical requirements. - Project Management and implementation of customised solutions. - Experience in handling Third Party Technology vendors.
