We are looking Head IT for an FMCG Company.

The position is responsible for the IT Operation of Mentor Manufacturing

Position: Head IT

Location - Cochin / Kochi

Qualification-MCA / PG in IT

Responsibility -

1 Strategic development, Management and Operation of the IT System

2. Provide advice on the application and use of IT to provide excellent services working closely with the senior management team to overcome business challenges with the use of technology.

3. To identify solutions and opportunities to improve organisational performance.

4. Evaluate customer's requirements, prepare and present proposals, design and deliver solutions to meet customer's objectives

5. Optimizing current IT solutions whilst promoting innovative solutions to operational challenges.

6. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

7. Preparation of annual IT budget and control and management of the project resources and budget

8. Lead the day to day operations of IT systems, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, training, quality management etc. are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that deadlines, budgets and service levels are met and results delivered.

9. To manage the relationships with (and between) external agencies and suppliers, ensuring contracts and service levels are negotiated in line with strategic aims and financial constraints and ongoing service is in-line with agreed contracts. Ensure information security/ Data safety.

Malayalam language would be preferable
