Our Client is an Industry leader in Energy Work closely with the Business stakeholders, IT delivery partners as a trusted business consultant assisting in delivery of application as well as infrastructure support and enhancement strategy, intake and delivery.&nbsp; - Partner with all business functions to augment the capabilities and processes using IT as an enabler.&nbsp; - Ensure the solution delivery follows the industry standard guidelines and methodology. - Manage the Complex Strategic Projects - drive desired results working closely with business and partner teams - Leverage the Best Business Practices that brings in more financial visibility to the respective business leaders. - Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts. - Adhere to the industry standards and rolling out the industry best practices solutions in the specific time frame. - Detailed project planning / monitoring the project progress. - Provide business analysis and process re-design expertise for aligning business processes delivering higher value to the organization. - Capability to identify the right fit of the solution both from a business process fitment, total cost of ownership and risk mitigation perspective. - Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels. - Evaluating / sort listing tactical solutions and vendors for Infrastructure and applications - Lead in the new product/services solution development. - Leverage the Best Business Practices that brings in more financial visibility to the respective business leaders. Candidate Profile - 15+ Years of experience in IT Delivery and Project Management experience - Capability to handle solution delivery through vendor / in house teams - Strong hands on experience in application support including SAP, Salesforce, Analytics, Mobile apps, Microsoft and Google Platforms - Working knowledge few of SAP applications like ECC, HANA, VIM, BPC, BI/BO, TRM would be required. - Strong hands on experience on Infrastructure support including Network, Servers, Cloud, Azure, Cyber Security, AV, Telephony, ITIL framework concepts etc - Strong technology background with current knowledge of offerings and trends in technologies like RPA, Digital, IoT, Blockchain, AI/ML, Chatbots etc - Excellent - Communication Skills, ability to manage Leadership stakeholders within and outside the organisation - Negotiator par excellence
