Job Description
- End to end management of technology needs and ensuring its alignment with the business strategy.
- Lead, build credibility and engage with team members.
- Manage end to end IT including infrastructure, application development, service delivery, information security teams.
- Overall project management and evaluating its impact on business.
- Understand current processes and propose improvements wherever required.
- Execute IT initiatives and rollouts throughout the organization
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 15 years of relevant IT experience with B.Tech in computer Science or Similar
- Candidate coming from energy/power (IPP,OEM,EPC) organizations would be highly preferred
- Well versed with all the industry particular application and other IT needs
- Strong domain experience and a minimum 5 years in a management role
- Strong leadership, team management, stakeholder management and supplier management experience
