Position Description :

To be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the SAP S/4 HANA ERP, IT software solutions & Hyper Converged infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

a) Primary contact and responsible for all IT services as in infrastructure, end user computing, network, hosting facilities and management

b) Strong Knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA Domain

c) Maintain & update of SAP and Non SAP applications along with the respective teams

d) will plan, coordinate, direct, and design operational activities and provide direction and support for IT solutions that drive business operations

e) Analyses business requirements to provide specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions & non SAP Application

f) Prepares and oversees IT budgets to make sure there are no unnecessary expenditures

g) Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP.

h) Coordination with SAP and Non SAP OEMs for support.

i) Provides authorizations to users to access SAP throughout at company level

j) Coordinate with SAP Application Maintenance Support Partner.

k) Strong Knowledge in VMWare to maintain Virtual Environment (Vsphere,VSAN, VSOM & VROps)

l) Knowledge on Windows Server Administration, AD & Linux Administration.

m) Knowledge on Office 365

n) Oversees adherence to the guidelines laid out by the management pertaining to procurement of hardware and software for the systems through cost-effective channels and means

o) Ensures adherence to software licensing laws

p) Conducts constant review of the application systems with the users and initiates actions for improvement and enhanced effectiveness

q) Implements and oversees maintenance/updating/ smooth functioning of SAP system throughout the organization in coordination with internal resources / external agencies concerned

r) Identifies training needs of staff/users and ensures regular training on critical skills and knowledge up-gradation

s) Oversees functioning of effective crisis management and disaster recovery systems related to IT Systems in the organization

The incumbent will be reporting functionally to Head - IT and administratively to the Head - Works

Requirements :

Graduate with MCA / MSc (Computer Science) with over 15 years of experience in managing IT systems in a manufacturing organization out of which at least 5 years as head of the function.
