Job Description : 

- Sets the mission and vision of the IT organization to foster business-oriented culture and mindset

- Collaborates with executive leadership and business partners to define and execute the digital business strategy; Participates in and contributes to the assessment of external digital opportunities and threats, and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning

- Provides strategic direction and oversight that supports or reflects the Corporation's IT strategy or direction on the design, development, operation and support of IT systems and programs that fulfill the needs of the business, including enterprise architecture management, application management, security and risk management, and infrastructure and operations support management

- Develops and controls annual operating and capital expenditure budget for IT to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives of the region and is within plan

- Works with HR and the IT leadership team to develop an IT engagement strategy that aligns with the business and IT strategy; Both teams work together to continually look for leading-edge and innovative solutions to the recruitment, development and retention of the IT workforce

- Provides leadership, coaching and direction to the team

- Promotes the use of DBS tools to drive quality, delivery, at the best cost within the IT organization

Profile : 

- Bachelor's (BE/B.Sc.) or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT/Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

- 15 or more years of experience in IT and business/industry with 5 to 7 years of leadership responsibilities

- Demonstrated experience in IT strategic planning, organization design and development, project management, budget management, digital transformation, collaboration, and similar

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an IT vision that aligns to the business strategy

- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills

- Expertise in budget planning and financial management

- Working knowledge of Navision and exposure to other ERPs such as Oracle
