Head - Information Technology/CIO - Manufacturing Industry (15-18 yrs)
Role - Current and future business needs.
- Will lead and drive IT initiatives including strategic IT envisioning, planning, cultivating and dispensing IT solutions besides leading IT infrastructure, IT operations, applications, information security and business continuity functions.
- Will bring experience from companies with best practice systems and processes (particularly within related manufacturing industries).
Will bring deep expertise in SAP based ERP systems, ideally with previous experience of driving SAP-led IT transformation journey.
- Exposure to build the complete digital & information technology backbone grounds up across the entire value chain - spanning across Internal Customers, Operations & Supply Chain, Channel, Field, Influencers and Consumers. Some of the key considerations include leveraging Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Industry 4.0 & IoT, Blockchain, AR, VR, Chabot / Digital Assistant, Cloud, Analytics, Mobility and Social (CAMS) among others.
- Exposure to evaluation & full life cycle implementation of Enterprise grade applications (especially SAP technologies).
- Strong understanding of business drivers, up-to-date knowledge on latest technologies, strong strategic acumen, ability to effectively communicate, collaborate to influence decisions and drive change in a dynamic and result oriented environment will be crucial for success.
- The ideal individual should have the stature to relate to and build deep relationships with the business leaders, and dictate terms to technology
Candidate Requirement :
- A Engineer + MBA From Premium B school
- Should be high on Technology changes.
- Should have a strong experience in change management
- Able to manage multi projects
- Having a strong interpersonal skill set
