Full responsibility for all services and costs within her/his department or region as well as for leadership, motivation and development of employees in the area of responsibility. - He/she directs the provision of services to meet the needs of the clients and takes responsibility for improving processes that are negatively affecting customer satisfaction and relationships. - He/she contributes to and oversees the development of corporate standards, technology architecture, technology evaluation and transfer and is responsible for resource planning, allocation of resources for projects and/or services, prioritization of tasks, as well as budget planning, controlling and activities to keep the department budget. He/she executes all legal/formal aspects for disciplinary line.
