- Techno Functional Expertise and Solution Architect on various ERP modules- Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management etc.), SCM-Procurement and Inventory, Cost Management, Maintenance and HR Modules.

- Certified Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation specialist on various modules in ERP, SCM and HCM.

- Experience in end-to-end Implementation, Administration, Maintenance and Support of ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud, IFS, PeopleSoft) and integration with third party systems.

- Good Knowledge on Oracle HCM (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management) and Talent Management Modules.

- Leading, managing teams in matrix environment to achieve best results collaboratively.

- Knowledge of Oracle& SQL Server DBA activities

- Experience in Implementing and Monitoring Group IT policies and procedures.

- Handle Process improvement and Business Transformation Initiatives as per business requirements.

- Handling internal and external Audits and ensure compliance as per the defined policies.

- System integration in heterogeneous environments.

- Liaison with Hardware and Software Vendors to ensure efficient service and support.

- Solution Architect for IFS Finance, Distribution and HR modules.

- Responsible for Requirements Study, Solution mapping, Solution Delivery.

- Accelerates team's abilities through solution design, reviews etc.

- Ensure all the agreed CRIM's are delivered.

- Working with cross functional teams to deliver integrated solution as per business requirement.

- Working with business teams to deliver the results as per requirement.
