Head - Information Technology (10-15 yrs)
This is a strategic role with pan India responsibility to develop, and improve systems and applications of the organization.
- The incumbent must have broad and deep knowledge of all areas related to systems, applications, infrastructure and security.
- Should be able to negotiate strategically to reach agreement with others within and outside the organization Should create, conceptualize new methods, techniques and processes in all areas of technology.
- Must work in a high risk environment
- Developing annual budgets and long term operating and strategic plans of the technology function
- Responsibility to manage firm's system design and programming activities, network planning, database management and computer operations
- Establishing policies, procedures, technical standards and priorities
- Interface with firm's management and business unit management on all information systems and technology related issues
- Manages liaison between IT support and other functions in the organization
- Oversee technology initiatives of the firm and ensure efficient and timely completion
- Acts as the firm's liaison with peer organizations, key industry groups and associations related to systems activities.
- 10+ yrs of experience
Qualification : B.E. (preferably in IT or Computer Science)
