Head - Information Security/Strategy & Solutions - Bank

One of our clients, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Head Information Security, Strategy & Solutions to be based at Mumbai.

The person should be a BE/B.Tech Computer Science/ MCA, CISA with around 15-20 years experience ~ 20 Years, of which 10 years implementing InfoSec Solutions in BFSI sector.

The individual is expected to create, maintain, revise & implement a 3 year running Strategy for full Information Security landscape of the Bank & IT department, in collaboration with CISO & taking cognizance of the defined IT & Info. Sec Policy, with an objective of Securing bank's entire IT Infrastructure from any internal / external cyberattacks of any nature and protecting customer's data in all manner & in order to achieve full regulatory compliance and brand protection.

The incumbent should be :

- Proactive Enabler of IT security rather than reactive management.

- Proficient in Vendor Management / SLA management through vendors and third party (including application providers and auditors / consultants).

- Seasoned in Creating, maintaining and updating the SOP (standard operating procedures) for all security practices / solutions at HDFC Bank.

- Able to manage Security DR and HA environment to ensure 100% protection - operations and Brand.

The position would report to the Head - Infrastructure Technology.
