Job Description :
- Lead, manage and coach the India Information Security team
- Keep a track of latest IT security innovations
- Drive and manage change projects, InfoSec team, security advisors and experts
- Partner with Indian and Work with Global Security Teams and Leaders on strategies, engagement and career progression
- Ensure best practice across function
Profile :
- Degree in information Security or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology or Risk management along with 10 years in Information Security
- Strong experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) is a must have
- Experience in Governance, Security Operations
- Global Experience
- Leadership Skills
- People Management and Stakeholder management
- Experience in Financial Services
