Head - Information Security (15-20 yrs)
Urgently need Information Security head for our client at Chennai. The incumbent should have -
1. This position requires a minimum of 10pm 15+ years of experience in IT industry
2. At least 3 years of experience working with Architecture, design and implementation of security standards
3. Develop a complete understanding of a company's technology and information systems
4. Design, build, implement and support enterprise-class security systems
5. Align organizational security strategy and infrastructure with overall business and technology strategy
6. Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats
7. Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge
8. Plan, research and design robust security architectures for any IT project
9. Perform or supervise vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
10. Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and security requirements
11. Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
12. Review and approve installation of firewall, VPN, routers, IDS scanning technologies and servers
13. Provide supervision and guidance to a security team
14. Define, implement and maintain corporate security policies and procedures
15. Train users in implementation or conversion of systems
16. Respond immediately to security-related incidents and provide thorough remedial solutions and analysis
17. Regularly communicate vital information, security needs and priorities to upper management
