Head - Industrial Relations - Telecom

Looking for Head - IR with a leading telecom group based at Delhi / NCR.

Key Skills :

- Industrial Relation

- Union negotiation with regard to working condition and terms & conditions of working

- Representing the Company in all conciliation and adjudication forums

- Supporting the channel partners in all IR related matters like union negotiations, correspondence with the Unions and strategizing the IR moves

- Process outsourcing

- Contract labour management

- Ensuring statutory compliance

- Providing regular support in compliance matters to the various channel partners

- Support the units in matters relating to inspections or infractions pointed by the statutory authorities

- Conduct internal audits

- Wage & salary administration of the non-management employees.

Experience :

- Looking for MBA with at least 15 years of relevant experience in IR preferably from FMCG or manufacturing companies.
