Head - Industrial Relations ( 15-20 years ) Manufacturing MNC
Reporting into the Head HR, you will be responsible to :
- Lead 15+ factories for the organization managing IR end to end
- Concluding the wage settlements with unions of different units
- Ensuring company-wide legal compliance on all matters related to employment laws
- Driving external stakeholder management who will have potential impact on employee relations
You should have :
- 15+ years of experience in managing large scale operations in a manufacturing setup
- Extensive exposure to interfacing with unions
