Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for harmonious Industrial ( Human) relations for the plant including IR & Long Term Settlements with Union.

2. Responsible for Disciplinary actions & Grievance Rederessal

3. Responsible for Statutory Compliance, Legal & Contract Labour Management

4. Responsible for Plant Safety and security.

5. Responsible for Plant administration & Transport.

6. Responsible for Training & welfare activities of workmen/ Trainees.

7. Responsible for creating manpower plan keeping in view the right ratio mix and cost of structure in line with long term organizational plan

8. Responsible for Educating workmen on advanced technology, change in the process for better productivity and safe practices
