Position: Head (GM) - HR + IR

Reporting to: VP - Corporate HR

Job Location: Chandigarh / Delhi

Job Profile :

- To partner with Leadership team of Company's Management for effectively delivering results through people strategy in the HR domain. Closely coordinating with all key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient deliverable s and performance levels.

- Incumbent will responsible for following operations.

- Managing entire IR activities of more than 3 plants.

- Managing entire Industrial Relations & Union Related activities.

- Strategic Leadership, Implement HR & IR Strategies & Policy Formulations that support business and financial objectives.

- Handling Recruitment, Performance Management, Human Resource Development / Training & Development, Employment Engagement activities, HRIS, Employees Counseling.

- Managing Industrial Relation, Employees & Labour Relation, Trade Union Management, Legal & Statutory Compliances, Grievance Handling, Contract Labour Management, Liasoning with government & other bodies.

- Reviews, consults and makes recommendations to the Executive Management team regarding various HR related matters such as: performance management, leaves of absence, promotions, terminations, job grading, development, performance and salary reviews, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits.

Required Candidate profile

- Candidate should have MBA (HR) / MSW / MHRM / PGDHRM with 20 yrs experience

- Should have expertise in handling HR + IR

- Should have the expertise to deal with Trade Union & Government Authorities.

- Experience to handle personnel (contractual & permanent) at all levels and drive them to achieve the targets.

- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business and financial objectives

- Expertise in interacting with all the employees from bottom to upper level.

- Good working knowledge of Labour Laws and Liasoning with government & other bodies.

- Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written.

- Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel.
