Head - Industrial Distribution - Automotive

1. Assign Targets to regions and distributors and devise incentive plan.

2. Cascade the targets for Industrial distributors to end customers and define steps to achieve the Sales Targets.

3. Driving steps to improve profitability in Segment through product mix, Localization drive etc.

4. Relationship building with distributors & constant improvement in their Distribution Expansion & Development.

5. Aligning regional distributors with Global distribution framework.

6. New customer acquisition through Distribution.

7. Responsible for Sales & Collection on month to month basis in line with the Organization goals.

8. Responsible for creating core programs for distribution.

9. Responsible for new product development required for Industrial After Market.

10. Conducting Branding Initiative in Distribution Market to improve Schaeffler SOB.

11. Formulation of Business Development for Distribution, outlining incentives and disbursement of same on timely basis.

- Responsible to handle business volumes - Approx. 500 + Cr

- Team Size - 20 people
