Position - Indirect Taxation Head  Job Location - Delhi NCR  Exp - 10 yrs +  Education - CA  Job Responsibilities:  - Expertise in Indirect Tax functions  - Acting as an advisory function for all the Business units/verticals on Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax, GST & VAT etc.  - A keen analyst with expertise in indirect taxation to analyze tax impact of amendments, new businesses, business comparison & tax planning etc.  - Proficient in handling GST, Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT/CST/WCT, SEZ, EOU, STPI, Foreign Trade Policy, Exim, Project Import, CENVAT/Tax Credit matters and arranging preparation of appeals & returns and maintenance of necessary records to ensure statutory compliance with the concerned Acts.  - Conduct knowledge sharing/training programme for legal updates including GST and procedure improvement as and when required basis to update skills of the associates.  - Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with demonstrated abilities in customer relationship management.  - Managing Indirect Taxes and involving in the maintenance & preparation of appeal, Excise Audit (EA2000), CERA Audit, registration, assessment, timely submission of returns and all statutory compliance.  - Preparing, filing the appeals and appearing before the Appellate Authorities up to the level of Commissioner (A).  - Interfacing with the regulatory authorities like Excise, Customs, VAT & Development Commissioner for obtaining necessary licenses/sanctions.  - Assuring prompt recovery of the recoverable like SAD Refunds, Service Tax Refunds, CST Reimbursements, Draw Back, Rebate, VAT Refunds  - Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations at different locations.  - GST updations and its business impacts analysis.
