Arogya World India Trust was established as a separate legal entity in Bangalore, India in 2012. Since then, they have collaborated very closely with Arogya World India Trust and worked together to make tremendous strides in NCD prevention. - Arogya World has made and fulfilled multiple Clinton Global Initiative Commitments, and has also made a commitment to the United Nations- Every Woman Every Child initiative. He/she will lead all program operations and strategic partnerships, raise the needed funds, and build strong visibility for Arogya World in India. Must Haves: - Minimum 10 years of operational / leadership experience in public health sector with NGOs/ Social Development projects / Government / Civil Service. - The incumbent should be a visionary leader and general manager, who is capable of identifying emerging trends and serving as an effective advocate for Arogya's priorities. - Operates with the highest level of integrity and character, demonstrating high moral and ethical behavior. - The incumbent must have a proven ability to drive results. A natural understanding of people and relationships is strongly desirable, with demonstrable emotional intelligence, tact and cultural sensitivity. - The incumbent should imbibe gravitas and stellar communications skills, with an ability to serve as the principal spokesperson before the media, government officials, doctors and thought-leaders. - Marketing and business development skills are an essential element that the incumbent should have expertise over. - The incumbent must demonstrate an ability to multi-task and do both tactical and strategic work and have strong project management skills - The incumbent should be familiar with modern technology and with impact assessment tools of the industry.
