Head - India/International Strategy - BFSI - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (4-5 yrs)
- Will be the eye and ear of the CEO and be involved planning long-term business strategies for the companies.
- Will represent the CEO in key business meetings
- Will handle strategy along with the Board to develop new projects, new markets, troubleshooting problems and launching new initiative contributing towards the success of the company
- Key Role in Global Expansion & Managing Global JV and Team Expectations, Lead role for Strategic Project Implementation
- Will be involved in making Industry Reports and evaluating
- Will also be regularly Interacting with Media.
- Will provide new learnings on cutting edge developments in the BFSI Industry, Big Data, Digital, etc.
- will be involved in everything from overseeing key projects such as alliances/partnerships to understanding new businesses opportunities etc
Who are we looking for:
- Hungry to walk the corridors of power and impacting decision making
- From top 10 MBA schools
- 4-5 years experience in a Strategy and Project management role
- Would prefer if candidate has worked in top consulting firms, corporate banking or investment banking,
- Unbeatable communication skills & presence
- Should have great xl, presentation skills
- Willing to travel across India and Globe
