The Role :

- As the leader of Company's fast-growing Mumbai Indexes team, you will lead a fast-growing cross-functional team of 40+ analysts, technologists, product, client service and operational experts who drive the development and management of indexes. 

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing cross-functional teams who deliver financial solutions for global clients. You will have an excellent grasp in investment concepts, possess strong analytical skills, and partner effectively with senior management, other teams, and clients.

Responsibilities :

- Establish a vibrant, high-performing, results-driven culture that attracts and retains great talent who are passionate about investor success

- Lead a cross-functional team of 40+ analysts, technologists, operations, product managers and client service experts, elevating them to do their best work. Recruit and develop the capabilities of your team members, positioning them for success 

- Drive robust and scalable process and operational excellence in index development, management, analytics and operations

- Represent Indexes to clients globally through sales and marketing activities

- Connect the Mumbai Indexes team to the global Index teams
