Head - Incident Management - BFSI (13-17 yrs)
Our client is a leading financial services firm and looking for VP- Incident Management
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for incident management during resiliency event.
- Plan resiliency framework as per the organizational policies and ensure it supports the business during critical phases.
- Develop SOP for recovery decision making to ensure continuity of business.
- Collaborate within the LOB to ensure consistency of impact assessment.
- Oversee risk, gaps and issues in strategies and framework.
- Responsible for internal communication to update employees and stakeholders.
- People Management
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 13+ years of experience within global finance environment, experience for risk, recovery and incident management.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong Analytical and problem solver person.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
