Key Deliverables:
1) Pre - Solutioning:
As-is understanding
- Kick off meeting between xyz client & Randstad Key stakeholders
- Identify the Recruitment Process Modules from Sourcing to Joining - inscope/outscope - Scope of Work
- Gather the "As - is" understanding of the recruitment process modules
- Identify the approvals matrix and escalation matrix
- Understand the different businesses/skills sets / locational dynamics
- Identifying & understanding the current issues & gaps, SLA's, any other protocols in the processes
- Validation of 'As is" and indentifying gaps in handoffs between different stakeholders.
2) Solutioning :
Design & Development Process Track:
- Define the - To-Be- process & responsibility areas b/w Randstad and xyz client, timelines, pre requisites & measurement matrix as per the inputs shared in the "as is" phase
- Define the approval matrix for each recruitment steps from JD creation - Interview select - offer to candidates
- Set the escalation matrix & the Governance Structure
- Setting up the sub processes - IJP, Vendor Management, Referrals etc
- Configuring the emails for recruitment Vendors, BGV service providers, Medical test vendors and client website
- Prepare the new recruitment process docket with all the forms and annexures
- Communication Track
- Prepare the presentations for training RPOSure employees, Client Stakeholders, Vendors-Technology, Process & softer issues
- Sign off of the final process docket by Client TA
- People Track
- Trainings and induction plan for team to be finalized - Technology, Process & softer issues
- Training to the HR SPoCs, RPOSure Talent Recruitment team and Recruitment Operations Team on the Process
3) Implementation and Roll out phase :
- Pilot - 1 week parallel process execution ( soft launch )
- Address any issues related to process, technology & reporting
- Address the Issues related to process/technology
- Final Go Live
- Handholding the teams and any internal communication gaps
- Incorporate the inputs from the soft launch
