Head - IFA - P2P Platform

Job description :

To Buildup and Manage a team of capable Wealth Managers for customer acquisition and Investments through the P2P platform.

To buildup and manage an excellent channel of Investment Business partners / IFAs / distributors / franchisee and on Board their customers / clients to Invest through p2p platform

To build and manage Excellent Network and Relationship with Mutual Fund Distributors, Large Stock Broking houses, HNIs and other big Investor communities.

Strategic participation to create Excellent Products to suite demand of the Investors to match their expectation of risk and rewards and Market the products aggressively

To own business targets to create the market for the products of the company and create excellent Brand image product awareness for the company and its Products.

Skills And Qualifications :

Postgraduate / MBA with 10+ years of Business experience in the field of Wealth Management, especially building up and managing Business partners / IFAs / distributors / franchisee

Excellent Network and Relationship with Mutual Fund Distributors, Large Stock Broking houses, HNIs and other big Investor communities.

Proven record for building up and managing capable team

Proven track record of providing innovative solutions to Customers (Investors) with unique products

Excellent Network and Good Knowledge of Investment product and market trends.
