About Client: Our client is a market leader in telecom infrastructure company.
Role: Handling the entire HR operations for Bihar and Jharkhand
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business environment, and the business priorities to facilitate effective HR and Administrative support to the respective business/functional leadership teams
- Employee engagement & communication
- Develop innovative HR Business Solutions aligned with the business priorities
- Conduct on-boarding of new joinees and smooth induction
- Facilitate the entire performance & competency management process including normalization and appraisals.
- Implement policy/procedures related to Performance Assessment, Feedback & Surveys and Career planning and Development planning
- Facilitate talent management through counselling & performance planning, implementation of appropriate solutions for development and growth, thus facilitating the process of comprehensive bench strength planning and building of leadership pipeline.
- Ensure 100% HRIS Accuracy
- Management of Administrative activities
- Provide solutions to leadership team, managers and staff on a range of employee relations issues including performance management, staffing, employee counselling, Compensation & Benefits, employee relations and workforce and succession planning.
Desired Candidate profile:
Education Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory)
Experience: 13-16 years
Mandatory: Should have experience handling HR operations across geographies
Industry: Open but telecom is preferred
