Role and Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: - Develop recruitment & Selection Strategy & Operations. - Onboarding plan for lateral & Campus hires. - Active involvement in recruitment of top leadership positions. - Screening, evaluation and recruitment of employees up to as per budgeted structure. Performance Management: - Maintain the current and periodically align performance management systems according to changing business needs - Design the performance framework and review adherence to performance framework on a quarterly and yearly basis Training & Development: - Leadership Development - Define strategy and create action plan for succession planning and capability pipeline. - Oversee mechanisms for carrying out training needs analysis to identify organizational level and individual training needs & supervise design and implementation of training and development interventions aimed at developing employee capabilities in the organization. - Employee Lifecycle Management - HR Ops & Employee relations.
