Head - Human Resources - Technology Centre - Global Financial Services Firm

Position: Head HR (Technology Centre of Global Financial Services Firm)

Role:

- Head the HR function of the Technology Centre

- Manage the talent pool

- Stakeholder management with a highly matrixed global team comprising of HR and Business Leaders across the global organisation

- Build a strong and competent HR team

- Create HR Policies, Processes and Analytics given Best Practices

- Design and Implement Retention Programs

- Design and Drive the HR Strategy for the Unit

- Develop strategies pertaining to C&B

- Setup and manage the end-to-end HR function

- Help build a conducive, highly effective, apolitical and highly professional culture

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) from a Premier Institute

- 15-20 yrs of experience with experience in leading the HR function, preferably at a Tech Centre/ Offshore Centre of a Global MNC

- Should have experience in working in a global matrixed organisation

- Should have excellent team management and stakeholder management skills

- The company is looking for a highly capable, hands-on, down-to-earth HR Leader

- Should have excellent communication skills and should be good at team work

- Should have good presentation skills
