Position Reports to : Founders /CEO

Location : Bangalore

JD :

- Drive HR agenda for the company ; ensure organisation moves to an enterprise mode by putting in place world class and appropriate processes and systems

- Aggressively drive talent and hiring plan, ensure right talent is hired for all positions and locations

- Scale up the organisation quickly. work with senior management closely to drive the people agenda.

- Work as sounding board with founders and senior management on all people issues . advice appropriately.

- Coaching of senior leaders

- Ability to work with complex and diverse skill sets .

- Handling a team directly

- Candidates preferred from banking, FMCG, global Technology, Financial services, top software services, MNCs

- You should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders. shown strong leadership, managing ambiguity - should have worked in a highly demanding environment

- Must score high on all competencies expected of an HR leader

- Only full time PG/MBA from XLRI / TISS / SCMHRD / SIBM / MDI

- 8-15 years experience
