Head - Human Resources - Startup (6-12 yrs)
- People - Build an effective and efficient team that delivers on the HR and business mandate for the function
- Process - Build and structure the Skill Ladder for all the business lines career tracks and career bands; Support in the organization design and development of career paths for generalist and specialist roles; Institutionalize best practices on Leadership Development, Learning Needs Analysis, Manpower Planning and Resourcing, Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Stakeholder/Customer - Partner with teams upstream and downstream to deliver the mandate
- Develop compensation and benefits, health and safety policies etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies forperformance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
