Head - Human Resources - Shared Services

- Lead and managed SSC Operations and drive service delivery for HR Operations in scope of Shared Services Center

- Manage SSC Operating manpower for HR Operations ~37 resources

- Transition and stabilize HR Operations from JV/ Subsidiaries

- Manage payroll for 11000 employees

- SSC Service Delivery Operations

- Plan and Manage Operating manpower related AOP

- Deliver SSC Operations in HR Operations areas as per agreed service levels

- Employee Engagement and Performance management

- Responsible for Employee related HR policies and process implementation and governance

- HR domain expertise and People supply chain development

- Drive and lead SSC Operations as HR domain expert

- Engage and support all group wide process and compliance norms, improvements for HR Operations

- Define Organization competency requirements and partner with HR council for improving and augmenting HR specifically Talent Acquisition capability within SSC

- HR Master Data management, Document management & Reporting

i. Ensure accurate and integrated HR Master data across SAP and Digital HR systems

ii. Design and implement operational governance processes for effective master data management maintenance

iii. Lead and manage HR Documentation management for Talent acquisition and payroll processes

iv. Implement and provide integrated analytics and visual dashboard for all HR Operations

Relevant and total years of Experience :

- 15-20 years of experience in setting up and managing Shared Services operations delivery

- 10+ years of functional experience in large multi sector organizations preferably in Corporate functions related to HR Operations including Talent acquisition, Payroll, Employee service desk.

- Knowledge of Shared Services Transition and Operations management frameworks

- Exposure and basic certification in LEAN Six Sigma and / or other process improvement techniques

- Work experience on SAP ERP, Success Factors and Workflow based Operations delivery

- Basic knowledge of IT Applications - Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems,

- Expert knowledge of India/ Global Payroll and Direct Tax policies
