About Client :

Our client is a leading global player in tech & professional services looking to hire HRBP Leader India. This is a team management role, reporting into the Regional HR Leader Asia Pacific.

Your roles and responsibilities will be:

- The HR Head would be responsible for designing and delivering the overall HR strategy (including Talent Acquisition, Training, Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Administration)

- Partner actively with local business heads to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate & provide timely solutions on people matters, to drive effectiveness and business performance, including but not limited to people-related actions

- Collaborating with CoEs & global stakeholders for HR functions and implementing single and unified HR policies in India while ensuring continuous improvement and fit for purpose of HR initiatives

- Ensuring proactive HR function (employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies, disciplinary actions, emergencies, executive complaints and control/compliance/governance issues)

- Driving organizational development, influencing leaders for change management, leading and mentoring team members to ensure seamless execution

Ideal candidate: someone who comes with 15+ years in HR, with 7-8 years strong experience in HRBP, working in global matrix organization and is comfortable with remote leadership reporting, leadership experience with strong strategic thinking
